• Responsible for driving the creation, review and delivery group wide Sanctions training that is up to date and relevant for the Deutsche Bank Group as well as the provision of advice on ad hoc or targeted divisional / specialist training
• Responsible for assisting the Head of Global Sanctions & Embargoes Training in maintaining a robust training and communication framework
• Driving the creation of communications material in collaboration with other sanctions teams and responsible to deliver such communications through a variety of media including video communications, WebEx, written and in person presentations
• Responsible for developing and maintaining our internal website to improve group wide communication for Sanctions related topics
• Responsible for the development and communication of processes (specifically related to communications) aimed at compliance with sanctions requirements to business units and infrastructure functions
• Assisting in preparing documentation to ad hoc requests by regulatory and governmental authorities, including assist in handling and responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities Skills You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree (JD or Graduate degree preferred)
• Past experience in anti-money laundering (AML) or Sanctions Compliance and Operations in a global financial institution highly desirable, previous experience in drafting and/or conducting trainings
• Experience delivering training within a large financial institution or implementing training and communications strategies, Strong analytical, research, data interpretation and documentation skills
• Moderate years' experience in financial services or similar industry in compliance, legal or project management function, working with policies and procedures, group governance and/or organizational management with a strong background in program management, governance, sanctions and/or regulatory trends
• Sound geopolitical knowledge and knowledge of international laws and financial crimes laws is as an asset but not required Skills That Will Help You Excel

• Excellent at oral and written communication, documentation and presentation skills
• Able to prioritize and deliver according to strict timelines and quality standards
• Able to work in a collaborative style in a team setting, work well independently and seeks solutions for obstacles and missing information to ensure compliance deadlines are met
• Strong work ethic, diligent, efficient, mature approach to work and a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $100,000 to $142,250. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
